Ok, truth is I have no idea what to call my favorite salad right now. Seriously. You can call it whatever you want, but it is so very yummy!
Combine:
lettuce (I do leaf lettuce or a spring mix)
grape tomatoes
carrots, match stick cut
red cabbage
feta cheese
dried cranberries
almonds, slivered or sliced
dressing (either a light raspberry or balsamic vinaigrette)
Toss together, you light on the dressing, and your taste buds will dance!! I toss the stuff together in a large bowl to keep in the fridge. They way my hubby can make a salad that is healthy for himself to eat.
